Mat Pilates

Two women in athletic clothing practicing yoga or stretching in a fitness studio, sitting on yoga mats with natural light coming through windows.

Three classes, one method — pick your pace.

Core Method + Slow & steady + Short & Sweet

Controlled, precise movement for core strength, mobility and flexibility — just your body and the floor, no machines, no apparatus assistance. Three ways in: Core Method, Short & Sweet, or Slow and Steady.

*Full descriptions available on the schedule.

Yoga

Students of Jo Angwin practicing yoga in a studio, performing bridge pose with chairs and mats, with natural light coming through windows.

Strength, breath, and a clear head — not the Instagram version.

Vinyasa Flow + Restorative + Technique 1 & 2

Yoga is movement that builds physical strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Classes are capped at 15 — you're seen, not just streamed at. Explore breathwork (Pranayama), posture and alignment (Asana, Dharana & Dhyana), and prop-supported practice at your own pace. Three ways in: Vinyasa (flowing, breath-led), Restorative (slow and supported), or Technique (alignment and foundations, done properly).

*Full descriptions available on the schedule.

Functional Fitness

Group of people practicing mat pilates in a studio with Jo Angwin, lying on mats with legs and arms raised in a dish for the pilates 100.

Strength and movement for the things you actually do.

Functional fitness trains the movements you use every day — squatting, lifting, reaching, carrying, balancing. One class, built around real-life strength and mobility, not isolated machine work.
